1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to new products purchased from authorized UBELIEF EBIKE channels. The warranty period begins on the date you receive the product and is as follows:
Warranty Period: 12 Months
Non-electronic Parts (such as forks, stems, handlebars, seatposts, cranks, wheels, and hubs): 3 Months

2. Warranty Terms

Material and Workmanship Defects: Our warranty covers failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Free Repair or Replacement: During the warranty period, if a covered failure occurs, we will repair or replace the defective part, as appropriate.

Part Replacement: Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the defective part with a refurbished or new part that is functionally equivalent or upgraded.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered by our warranty and may incur repair or replacement costs:

Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear caused by normal use, such as tires, brake pads, chains, spokes, etc.

Man-Made Damage: Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, or accidental collision.

Unauthorized Modification: Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or installation of non-original parts to the vehicle.

Commercial Use: The product is used for commercial purposes such as commercial rental, ride-sharing, or courier services.

Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, and floods.

Unauthorized Repair: Repairs or disassembly performed by unauthorized personnel.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

Prepare Information: Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready, along with detailed photos or videos of the product.

Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing and attach photos or videos.

Awaiting Action: Our technical support team will review your request and contact you within 1~2 business days of receipt with a solution.

Please note: Please always contact our customer service team before shipping any products or parts. We may not be able to process items returned without prior authorization.

Additional Notes
Warranty is non-transferable: This warranty policy is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Shipping Costs: During the warranty period, shipping costs for parts returned due to warranty issues will be shared between you and UBELIEF EBIKE. Please contact customer service for specific details.

Final Interpretation: UBELIEF EBIKE reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy.
