At Ubelief, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell and deliver, striving to exceed every customer's expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope you enjoy your riding experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days for any reason, we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To protect your interests, if you receive an electric skateboard or electric bicycle, we highly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 3 months. This will significantly simplify any potential returns or exchanges.

Should you discover what you believe to be a product defect, please contact our after-sales service team immediately at support@ubelief.com. Providing relevant photos or videos will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Our dedicated quality control and assurance team thoroughly inspects every product before shipment, ensuring guaranteed product quality.


Order Cancellation Policy

We aim to process orders quickly. Please note the following regarding cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it.

  • Merchant Processing Time: Ubilef commits to processing orders and dispatching them within 2 business days of the order being placed.

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If you initiate an order cancellation before your item has shipped and within the 3-day cancellation window, your order can be canceled without any fees.


Return & Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Product Condition: Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories complete, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • No Secondary Sales Impact: Products that have been used or affect secondary sales (e.g., opened sealed accessories) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
