Do your e-bikes require assembly?

Our e-bikes are typically 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the pedals, front wheel, handlebars, and seat. Each bike comes with a detailed assembly manual and the necessary tools, and the process usually takes only 30-60 minutes.

What is the range of the e-bike?

Range depends on many factors, including riding style, terrain, rider weight, wind speed, and power assist level. Each electric bike has the same battery capacity and range. Typically, our range is 40 to 70 kilometers.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all our e-bikes. The warranty covers major components such as the frame, motor, and battery. If you encounter any non-man-made issues with your bike during the warranty period, please contact us for repair or replacement.

How should I maintain my UBELIEF e-bike?

To keep your e-bike in top condition, we recommend:

  • Regularly checking tire pressure, brakes, and screws.
  • Keeping the battery dry and avoiding storing it in hot or humid environments.
  • Wiping down the bike frame with a damp cloth and avoiding high-pressure washers.
  • Charging the battery when the power level is below 20% to prevent full discharge.

When will my order be shipped?

We typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days of receiving them. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location. For orders within the United States, shipping usually takes 3~5 business days. For specific delivery times, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your e-bike, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to get a return authorization and the correct shipping address before returning your item.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

To ensure an efficient process, please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery. If you do not receive the email, please contact us directly for your tracking information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

How do I request an invoice?

You can request an invoice in the order notes when you check out, or you can contact our customer support team after placing your order. Please provide your order number and invoicing details, and we will issue the invoice after your order is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?
